Think knobs, axles, spacers, bushings, threads, or anything cylindrical \u2014 that\u2019s where turning comes in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s a great way to get strong, clean parts that fit perfectly and function reliably, whether it\u2019s for a prototype or full production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How turning works<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turning is done on a <strong>lathe<\/strong> \u2014 a machine that spins a piece of material while a cutting tool shapes it.
